Return and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns. Simply return the order to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You may contact us to get the address for return
For exchanges email us at parwinahadi@hotmail.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
Please note that personalised items that have been manufactured on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
